I've lived here now for 7 months and am still loving it! The staff is friendly, prompt, and very understanding. The building is always clean, smells great, and is a place I'm proud to show off to people. I love living at Reside, and have a hard time imagining leaving this management company.

I love living here! The apartment is nice, quiet and had the amenities is says. The maintence staff is excellent and professional! Any request I have submitted have been completed by early the next day.

The apartments themselves and public spaces are maintained extremely well. Maintenance staff are always available or on call if there is an emergency. The staff are all very pleasant and easy to deal with. The amenities including the indoor pool and workout room are great. No need to have a gym membership. The apartments are a good size with updated appliances.

I absolutely love my Reside apartment! I am pretty picky about where I live and I looked at a lot of different places, but when I walked into this unit I knew that it was the one. It is a great spacious apartment so that I do not feel trapped in a small room. I also enjoy the easy access to a fully stocked fitness center and a pool! Overall - both the community, social offerings AND the actual apartment made living here an easy decision and one that I am happy I made!

I enjoy living here! From the moment I signed my lease everyone was so helpful. The maintenance guys are phenomenal - I once put a request in on Saturday morning and they were knocking on my door in a few hours! I recommend renting here!

Reside is an awesome place to live. Kitchens are all refinished and in great condition. They offer tons of community events from cooking, to workout classes and parties in the lobby. There is so much to do while in a safe, comfortable place.

I love this community! The lobby is so nice and feels very safe. The limited access to the building also makes me feel secure. The neighbors are all genuinely kind. The maintenance workers are fast, courteous, and incredibly competent. I love the fitness center and the coffee station especially. The finishes in my apartment are all modern and new. The floor plan feels so open and spacious! The staff are reliable and regularly present. My dog loves it here. I wish I never had to move!

This is a great community! The move-in process was very straightforward and simple, thanks to the helpful staff. Everything is clean and I love that there is a gym located right inside the building. The unit has been newly renovated so everything looks really nice!
